Position Summary

ErinoakKids is currently seeking energetic Registered Practical Nurse’s to support children and young adults with medical and/or behavioural complexity within our Respite Program.

Successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and work towards supporting clients as they participate in daily living activities.

Schedule Requirements

- Minimum 1 shift per month separate from trainings and meetings
- Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) required
- Other mandatory paid meetings and paid trainings as required based on meeting and training schedule

Key Responsibilities

- Review and implement individual client care plans
- Communicate client care plans with respite staff
- Review and record all medical documentation
- Conduct assessments and respond to client needs
- Provide direct clinical care
- Provide onsite guidance and training to respite staff members as applicable
