Leavitt Machinery is looking for a customer service-oriented Rental Coordinator to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan . As the Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of equipment within a designated territory,



driving optimal rental fleet utilization and carrying out rental processes and documentation.

As the Rental Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage internal and external rentals requests within a designated territory
- Partner with internal Service employees to prioritize shop items
- Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure leads are captured and proper fleet utilization
- Administer contracts and monitor billing of machinery on rentals
- Manage quoting and territory market changes
- Support Sales Representatives with current customers, manage key
