Job description
Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :* Define the strategy for integrating the different data sources into the CMDB';
* Prioritize Service Graph connectors based on business value, risk, and operational needs;
* Determine which data should be integrated, retained, or excluded;
* Establish governance of data sources and reconciliation rules;
* Define the responsibilities (RACI) of the teams involved;




* Monitor the testing strategy during ServiceNow updates and upgrades;
* Collaborate with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, infrastructure and operations teams;
* Ensure alignment with ServiceNow, CSDM, and ITIL guidance.The profile we are looking for is as follows:* Possess a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent training/experience;
* Have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in IT/Software product management or any other relevant experience and/or a Product Owner (PO) role
* Have knowledge of Agile methodologies in a context of transformation of delivery methods;
* Know JIRA and Confluence;
* Experience as a Product Owner or ServiceNow Product Manager;
* Have real-world experience with Service Graph integrations and CMDB;
* Understanding the Identification and Reconciliation Rules (IRE);
* Be aware of ServiceNow Discovery and data governance best practices;
* Have solid skills in stakeholder management, prioritization and strategy.
