Interim Vice President, Finance & Transformation
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Duration: 12 months
Location: Downtown Toronto
(Hybrid)
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-impact transformation mandate within a well-known, mission-driven organization undertaking a significant modernization journey. Few interim mandates offer the opportunity to influence both organizational transformation and finance modernization at this scale. Our client is embarking on an ambitious journey to strengthen its capabilities, modernize core operations, and position itself for long-term success.
As the Interim, you will be at the center of that journey. Working directly with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will assess the effectiveness of the finance organization, redesign key processes and structures, oversee the implementation of a modern accounting platform, strengthen governance and reporting capabilities, and help create a high-performing finance function that delivers meaningful insight and strategic value. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact, build lasting capability, and leave behind a stronger, more modern organization than the one you inherited.
