Global Business Services (GBS) Transition & Process Improvement Expert.

We are seeking a mid-level expert to serve as the key person in discovering, transitioning, and evaluating finance processes of entities being integrated into our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This role will focus on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) processes, driving end-to-end process discovery, managing transitions into the GBS center, implementing process improvements, and overseeing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for these processes. The position is initially an individual contributor role.

The ideal candidate has a strong shared services background (manufacturing industry experience is a plus), is fluent in English (German language skills beneficial), and is willing to travel for on-site discovery and transition activities as needed.
