Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in ERP, CRM, and Zoho implementations who is ready to take ownership of complex projects from strategy to deployment.
The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple large-scale mandates while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Business needs analysis
- Solution architecture and design
- Post-deployment support and optimization
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with robust organizational and leadership skills
- Supervise and coordinate analysts, developers, and integrators across:
- CRM & Marketing
- Finance & Operations
- ERP / MRP
- BI & KPI
- AI Integrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while proactively resolving issues
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and financial accountability
- Collaborate with leadership and technical teams on architecture and strategic decisions
- Support business development initiatives by participating in:
- Client demos
- Discovery sessions
- Proposal preparation
- Document processes, workflows, and implementation standards
- Ensure effective knowledge
