About the Role
exacare ai is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Finance & Accounting Manager to join its growing finance function. Reporting to the Controller,



the Finance & Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations while helping build scalable processes, accelerate the month-end close, and improve the quality of financial reporting as the company scales.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys ownership, solving problems, and improving how work gets done. The Finance & Accounting Manager will own core accounting operations across billing, AR, AP, reconciliations, reporting, and audit preparation, with scope expanding into budgeting and forecasting as the function grows.
