As a Dietary Aide at AgeCare, reporting to the Director or Dietary Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience. You will assist with the setup, preparation, serving, and cleanup of all meal services.

* Assist in the set up and preparation for service of various items such as beverages, salads, desserts, etc.
* Set and explicit dining tables and deliver tray service as required.
* Assist with cleaning of dishware,
and cutlery after each seating as required.
* Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area as required.
* Assist with catering, and actively participate in special occasions and theme events.
* Assist in the orientation and training of new dietary employees.
* Follow and comply with health and safety legislation and departmental safe job procedures.
* Comply with all provincial regulations and established department policies and procedures.What You Bring* Food Handler's Certificate is required.
* Preference will be given to individuals with previous experience in the food service industry and working with seniors.
* Must have or be enrolled in Food Service Worker Training Program.
* Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
