About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Vice President of Finance to join our clients executive leadership team. This is a key strategic role that combines leadership, operational execution, and financial stewardship. The VP Finance will serve as a trusted advisor to executive management and will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company’s Canadian and U. S. operations. This role is ideal for a versatile finance leader who thrives in a rapid-paced, growth-oriented environment and brings a strong generalist background with experience building, scaling, and evolving finance functions.

Key Responsibilities




Act as a strategic financial advisor to executive leadership, supporting data-driven decision making Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), including budgeting, forecasting Managed project accounting activities including budget tracking, cost analysis, forecasting and financial reporting to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines Oversee accounting activities, including annual audits and reviews Manage internal and external financial reporting Continuously improve finance-related processes and controls Lead HR and payroll operations for both Canada and the U.
