As a Service Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of District Managers and Route Service Representatives while overseeing all aspects of the Service Department. This is a key leadership role responsible for customer satisfaction, employee development, operational performance, revenue growth, and service excellence within the branch.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll have the opportunity to have a significant impact on both employee success and customer loyalty.

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

- Recruit, coach, and develop District Managers and Route Service Representatives.
- Build a solid leadership pipeline and culture of accountability.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews,



and employee relations activities.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

- Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and relationship management.
- Hold District Managers accountable for customer visits, audits, installations, and service recovery.
- Participate in ride-along, engage with customers, and resolve issues promptly.

Grow Revenue & Retain Business

- Lead customer retention, route growth, and profitability initiatives.
- Encourage upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
- Support sales programs and monitor market and competitive trends.

Drive Operational Excellence

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Service SOPs.
