You are an experienced Senior Cost Manager with 10+years' experience,seeking your next step or are currently working in a similar role within a comparable environment. You’remotivated to join a growing and dynamic team.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. In this impactful role, you will be providing leadership and direction, activelyembeddingand promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner & Townsend.
As a Senior Cost Manager , you will be involved in:
Lead the Architectural, Civil and Structuralpost contract cost control of several design packages




Take ownership ofchangecontrol and advise stakeholders on fundingwhether in-budget, contingency,riskor escalation
Undertake tender reviews for governance, contractual andbudget alignment
Participate in programme wide periodic cash flow forecasts, adapting to dynamicschedules and scope
Participate, in-person, in meetings with the clientand various other stakeholders
Provide periodiccost / project reports incorporating estimates at completion, early warnings, cashflows and variance tracking
Support the Project Managerin risk reviews and risk quantification
Supportthe preparation and management of cost estimates, valueengineeringand cost planningacross all project phases
Act as the primary client liaison for all cost-related matters
Mentor and support junior cost consultants and project team members
Qualifications 10+ years of experience in cost management
A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subjectwith Canadian equivalency if obtained outside Canada (WES etc.)
Membership of Relevant Professional Organizations such as the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS)or similar
Reliability clearance with the Government of Canada or ability to obtain itquickly
Demonstratable experience on at least two projects that have a total value of $100 M+
