In healthcare security, some of the most critical work happens one-on-one. Your presence provides continuous observation, calm support, and safety while allowing medical professionals to focus on providing clinical care.

Use compassionate communication and gentle de-escalation techniques to handle tense or sensitive situations safely.

Maintain clear, detailed daily logs of patient interactions, activities, and site incidents using radios and computer tools.

Screen visitors politely and professional, ensuring site rules and safety protocols are followed.

Build trusted, positive relationships with doctors, nurses, hospital staff,

and fellow security team members across regional sites.

Master healthcare safety procedures, emergency responses, and patient de-escalation practices.
