Your Opportunity at VueReal:
We're looking for a hands‑on Semiconductor Process Engineer with strong photolithography experience and the versatility to support multiple fab processes. You'll own and improve lithography processes, troubleshoot equipment, increase yield and partner with R&D; and Operations to bring new processes into repeatable production.
YOUR Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Operate, troubleshoot and optimize photolithography equipment, including spin coaters, mask aligners and/or maskless exposure systems, as applicable.
- Support daily fab operations to meet production throughput, quality and yield targets.
- Develop, qualify and optimize photoresist coating, exposure, development and pattern‑
