Serve as the primary strategic point of contact, building long-term relationships from onboarding throughout the client lifecycle.

Operational Excellence
Lead the configuration and successful delivery of software solutions tailored to specific customer objectives.
Act as the "Voice of the Customer," escalating bugs and feature requests to Product teams to drive continuous software enhancement.

Strategic Growth & Analysis
