PwC Canada is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager (Bilingual FR/EN) to guide clients through divestiture, acquisition and financing transactions. You’ll oversee transaction processes from concept to close and communicate complex financial information to senior executives and boards.

The role requires at least 4 years in corporate finance or related fields, with an undergraduate business degree. CPA/CFA/CBV/MBA preferred; fluency in English and French is essential.
