Altis is partnering with a growing organization in the fintech, payments and technology space to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Reporting to the HR Manager, youll join a fast-paced, founder-led setting where talent acquisition plays an important role in supporting continued business growth.
This is an opportunity for someone who loves the hunt as much as the strategy. Your first few months will focus heavily on hands-on recruitment and learning the business, with the opportunity to expand your impact across talent strategy, workforce planning,
employer branding and proactive pipeline development as you establish yourself.
