Our client is a growing Canadian organization operating in a project-based environment and is seeking a Controller to join its leadership team. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will lead the accounting function, oversee financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and provide strategic financial support to the business. This is an excellent chance for a hands-on finance leader who enjoys balancing day-to-day operations with process improvement and business partnering in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
