Spellbook is hiring a Senior People Partner to scale a distributed team and build the People infrastructure that supports growth. You will partner with the Director of People to implement strategy while rolling up your sleeves on daily operations, leveraging AI to reimagine People delivery and attract Olympic-calibre talent. Based in the Greater Toronto Area, you’ll work in a distributed-first setting and be in the office at least 3x per month.
