Take the lead in mobile maintenance with Skeena Gold + Silver at the Eskay Creek Revitalization Project. Oversee equipment reliability, safety compliance, and team management in a unique mining workplace. The Mobile Maintenance Supervisor will manage the maintenance of all mobile equipment and light vehicles while reporting directly to the Superintendent. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership capabilities, a Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification, and a solid background in mining or heavy industrial settings. You will foster a culture of safety and teamwork while prioritizing workload and maintaining high performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and mentor Mobile Maintenance staff
• Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities




• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations
• Monitor equipment performance and address reliability issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and reporting

Requirements:
• Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical issues
