Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto seeks an Oncology Nurse Practitioner (adult EC) to provide advanced nursing care for CNS cancer patients, with emphasis on palliative care and symptom management. You will assess, order tests, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. Hybrid/clinical autonomy with leadership in quality improvement and care coordination is expected, including goals of care discussions and end-of-life planning as part of comprehensive
