Onix is the Personal Intelligence platform. You will own activation and retention, and decide what Onix builds to grow. You’ll map the user journey from day one through day thirty and design the rituals that bring users back. Based in Old Montreal, you will work hands-on with analytics, experiments, and cross-functional partners to shape the onboarding and retention engine of a quick-growing consumer app. This role favors a track record in free-to-play games or consumer apps, comfort with PostHog
