Utilizing the Teaching Family Model, the Youth Care Specialist’s primary responsibility is to facilitate success for youth with complex mental health and behaviour needs by assisting with their day to day activities and routines. We highly encourage all applicants to apply for the IRC and PIC before the interview as it can take up to 6 weeks to process.
