This Director-level role provides strategic oversight for transportation quality, temperature control, distribution quality processes, Deliver-related compliance,



and continuous improvement initiatives supporting the Global Commercial Quality Organization. The role leads a global team including leaders representing each of the region and is accountable for ensuring consistent standards, risk-based decision making, inspection readiness, business continuity support, efficiency initiatives and end-to-end quality governance across global and regional Deliver activities. The position serves as the senior Quality leader and point of escalation at a global level for Deliver, GTTO, Trade Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Systems, JJRC, regional Commercial Quality teams, and other strategic partners on Deliver Quality Excellence matters. The Director ensures that global priorities are translated into practical, scalable, and compliant operating models while enabling timely resolution of significant quality issues, risks, and cross-regional dependencies. This role is also responsible for leading the global Deliver Excellence project portfolio and continuous improvement roadmap related to Deliver, ensuring Quality requirements are embedded in transformation initiatives, network changes, operating model improvements, capability building, and process simplification efforts. The Director partners with senior stakeholders to strengthen quality culture, protect product quality and patient safety, and enable a more agile, effective, and harmonized distribution model for Innovative Medicine.
