Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) seeks a Program Manager for its WellConnect team. The role oversees clinical services, care coordination, and crisis interventions within Permanent Supportive Housing residents. You will supervise clinicians, manage referrals and intake, and ensure documentation adheres to funder rules. Responsibilities include scheduling, staff development, 24/7 crisis coverage, and collaboration with external partners to sustain high-quality behavioral health services
