Lead the accounting function as a Controller for a prominent healthcare company in Montreal. Oversee two facilities while managing invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting. Our client, a renowned public company in the healthcare sector, is seeking a Controller to manage accounting functions across two Montreal locations. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and French and a minimum of three years of experience in an accounting or finance role. You will play a pivotal part in financial reporting, budgeting, and liaising with the Corporate Office.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all accounting operations for two Montreal plants
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for review




• Implement and monitor internal control frameworks
• Analyze cost overruns with Operations
• Prepare quarterly and annual audit requests

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Bilingual in English and French
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Robust time management skills
