Key Responsibilities
• Participate in assessments and goal-setting for individuals
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with families
• Implement behaviour support plans with the Program Manager




• Prepare nutritious meals accommodating dietary needs
• Facilitate recreational and educational activities

Requirements:
• Minimum two-year diploma or equivalent experience
• At least two years experience with attachment challenges
• First Aid and CPR certification (training provided)
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License
• Must be 19 years of age or older Contribute your skills in communication, advocacy, and care to support children and youth at Hollyburn Family Services in Coquitlam.
