We are seeking a dedicated Retail Pharmacy Receiver/Merchandiser/Cashier to join our team. This multifaceted role involves managing product reception, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service within a retail pharmacy environment. Duties

- Receive and process incoming pharmacy inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage
- Merchandise products effectively on shelves, maintaining visual appeal and adherence to store schematics
- Operate POS systems for cashiering, including cash handling and pricing adjustments
- Assist customers with purchases, inquiries, and product location within the store
- Manage store displays and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design enhancements
- Support store management with administrative tasks such as inventory tracking and sales reporting
- Supervise junior staff or interns when applicable, providing guidance on merchandising and customer service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas to ensure a welcoming shopping environment




- Implement marketing strategies through visual merchandising and promotional displays

Skills

- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or store management with strong customer service skills
- Supervising experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and pricing procedures
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and visual design principles for effective merchandising displays
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and store presentation
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking across duties
- Administrative experience related to sales reporting or store operations is advantageous
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques, schematics for store layouts, and marketing strategies

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
