Innoflo Solutions designs, builds, installs and services industrial fuel, lubrication and fluid-management systems across Canada. Innoflo Solutions is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Project Materials & Staging Technician to help get our installation projects ready for the field. This hands-on role involves gathering materials, checking them against project requirements, and staging them by project so our crews have what they need. You will work closely with project managers, construction managers, shipping, and procurement to keep materials organized, accounted for, and ready when required.

What You’ll Do

- Gather, sort, label, and stage materials and equipment for individual projects.
- Review drawings, material lists, and project requirements to identify what each job needs.
- Work with project managers and construction managers to ensure all required materials are captured and accounted for.
- Check project materials for completeness and flag missing, incorrect, or damaged items before they are shipped.
- Coordinate with the shipping department on what needs to be prepared, packaged, and shipped, including project priorities and required dates.
- Work with procurement to identify and arrange any additional materials, tools, or equipment needed.
- Maintain accurate records of materials allocated to projects, outstanding items, and changes to project requirements.
- Keep project staging areas organized and clearly identified.
- Learn how our systems work and how the individual components fit into the overall installation.

What You Bring

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to read drawings and use them to identify project material requirements.
- Familiarity with threaded fittings and hydraulic fittings.
- Computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and accurate data entry.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work with multiple departments.
- The ability to manage changing priorities and follow through on outstanding items.
- A hands-on approach and a willingness to ask questions and learn.
- Electrical or mechanical knowledge.
- Experience with construction materials, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving,

or project material coordination.
- Experience with fuel, lubrication, fluid-handling, or related installation systems.

Opportunity to Grow

We are looking for someone who wants to understand not just which parts a project needs, but what those parts do and how the systems operate. For a candidate interested in pursuing a trade or parts technician trade, this position may offer an opportunity to move toward a trade-focused role as skills develop and opportunities become available.

Mandatory Requirements

- Pass required fitness-for-work assessments.
- Pass pre-access and randomized alcohol and drug testing, including testing for THC.
- Hold the required driver’s license and provide an acceptable driver’s abstract.
- Perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting to 50 pounds and working at heights.
