The role focuses on ensuring that the development team delivers customer-focused product increments, aligning with the product vision and maintaining a prioritized product backlog.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with management to support the delivery of a product vision
• Create and maintain a product backlog, continuously re-prioritizing user stories
• Align with senior management on product delivery roadmaps and release cadence
• Engage in scrum or Kanban events and suggest improvements
• Manage delivery initiatives and oversee development team (pod) backlogs
• Proactively address issues that impede efficient delivery of customer-focused incrementsBusiness Analyst

Skills:




• 5-7 years of experience in banking/financial sectors
• Prior experience using Scrum/Kanban project management frameworks: 5-7 years
• JIRA and Confluence: 5-7 years
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Solid organizational skills
• Leadership mindset for leading the podBusiness Analyst – Nice-to-Have

Skills:
• Understanding of Architectural Design
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
