The Bob Rumball Centre in Canada is seeking a Direct Support Qualified to join a multidisciplinary team. You will supervise and deliver day-to-day services to Deaf or Hard of Hearing individuals in a residential setting, focusing on behavioral and developmental needs and activities of daily living.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will participate in planning, document progress, and implement ISP/PDP goals while ensuring a safe, respectful environment.
