TTI Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Dartmouth team at the Milwaukee Tool Factory Service Centre. This full time, permanent role focuses on delivering best-in-class service to customers both in-store and remotely as needed, with a Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30 schedule.
You will handle phones, orders, inventories, warranty assessments, and showroom merchandising while building product knowledge and maintaining strong internal/external relationships.
