Peace Country Rentals & Sales Inc. (PCR) is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Parts Person to join our growing team in Fort St. John

Proudly serving the Peace Region since 1977, PCR has built a reputation for providing quality equipment, dependable service, and knowledgeable support to our customers. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of teamwork.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assist technicians with identifying, sourcing, and ordering equipment parts.
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly service in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Look up parts using manufacturer catalogues, diagrams, and online systems.
- Prepare parts quotations, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Work closely with our Service Department to ensure technicians have the parts they need to complete repairs efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts and inventory control.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and properly store incoming parts and supplies.
- Coordinate special orders, backorders, returns, and warranty-related parts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts department.
- Collaborate with other departments to keep daily operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience in a parts department, equipment dealership, automotive, agricultural, or heavy equipment industry is an asset.
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with equipment and parts is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and electronic parts catalogues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and work efficiently in a busy workplace.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- A team player who is dependable, accountable, and willing to lend a hand when needed.
