Optimize manufacturing processes as a Junior Processing Engineer with HK Kolmar Canada Inc. This role focuses on design improvements and assembly activities while enhancing cost effectiveness and safety. As a Junior Process Production Engineer, you will drive process design and efficiency in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities include creating assembly flow charts, work instructions, and control plans, as well as identifying process improvements at our supplier base. Effective communication and collaboration with the Quality department are critical to ensure supplier capabilities meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and supervise assembly/process flow charts
• Develop and oversee work instructions for manufacturing




• Identify process improvements with cost benefit analysis
• Support Quality department in supplier evaluations
• Conduct workflow analysis for material handling improvements

Requirements:
• Engineering degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of TS16949 / ISO9000 requirements
• Robust communication and organizational skills
