Job summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Quality, Production & R&D; Technician plays a key role in the day-to-day operations at Dam.

This role combines quality control, food production, and continuous improvement of products and processes. We’re looking for someone hands-on, resourceful, and detail-oriented — someone who enjoys both actively participating in operations and contributing to quality improvements and better ways of working.

- Ensure the proper functioning and continuous improvement of the quality assurance system
- Ensure products and operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements
- Perform quality control checks during production and on finished products
- Complete and maintain production documents,



quality logs, and required records
- Develop, maintain, and enforce procedures, standards, and good manufacturing practices
- Manage non-conformities and participate in implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Train and support the team on quality, sanitation, and production best practices
- Actively participate in day-to-day food production operations
- Prepare ingredients and carry out production according to planning schedules
- Participate in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the production space
- Occasionally assist with order preparation and shipping
- Collaborate on process optimization, workflow organization, and production methods
- Actively participate in research & development activities, including testing, validations, and product/process improvements
- Perform any other related tasks contributing to the smooth operation of the company
