At Altanora, we're not looking for someone who wants routine. We're looking for a curious person who likes to work across the board: network, virtualization, physical servers, cloud, backup. Someone who isn't afraid to get hands-on in a data center and knows how many U's are in a rack.

Your role

As a Systems Administrator, you'll act as the escalation point for complex infrastructure and network issues for our clients. You'll take part in projects from design through production deployment, and share your knowledge with the team to help it grow.

What we're looking for

- VCP-VVF Administrator (VMware) certification or equivalent experience
- MS-102 (M365 Administrator Expert) or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with physical hardware: servers, switches, rackmounts, HBAs

Assets that make a difference

- Fortinet
- XenServer/XCP-ng
- Citrix
- MSP environment experience and PSA tools (HaloPSA, ConnectWise, Datto, Kaseya)
- Veeam
- Ansible/Terraform
