Key Responsibilities
• Provide IT support for tenants and business centres
• Program and troubleshoot IP phones and VoIP systems
• Manage access control systems and cardholder lists
• Resolve internet connectivity and workstation setup issues
• Draft tenant communications and updates
Requirements:
• DEC or AEC in computer science or IT
• 2+ years in IT support with customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and French
• Hands-on with multifunction printer installation
