We’re looking for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of integration, reliability, and customer success. You’ll work directly with major global partners — from telecom suppliers to hyperscalers — ensuring that Aduna’s platform and APIs are integrated smoothly, run reliably, and scale securely.

What You’ll Do

- Integrate & Deliver : Connect Aduna’s platform with global telecom operators, CPaaS providers, and hyperscalers.
- Troubleshoot & Solve : Dive deep into API and platform issues, guiding customers through integration challenges.
- Deploy & Evolve : Configure, test, and operate cloud-native services across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Keep It Reliable : Monitor, patch, and improve systems to ensure stability, security, and high availability.
- Collaborate & Support : Work directly with suppliers and customers, lead technical discussions, and join an on-call rotation (about once every 4 weeks).
- Standardize & Share : Build playbooks, runbooks, and documentation to improve how integrations and operations are delivered.

What You Bring

- 3+ years of experience in system integration or cloud operations.
- Strong background in system integration and testing.
- Hands-on skills with Kubernetes , Helm , and Terraform (FluxCD a plus).
- Proficiency in automation/scripting (Python, Shell, etc.).
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting cloud-native apps.
- Familiarity with observability tools (NewRelic, ELK, Thanos, etc.).
- Security-aware mindset with experience handling sensitive data.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative,



problem-solving attitude.
