Your primary focus will be to oversee backups, virtualization, and secure operations while managing vendor relationships and establishing operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee global engineering team for 24/7 operational support
• Own ITIL procedures, patch cycles, and performance metrics
• Manage the Wintel infrastructure budget and CAPEX/OPEX




• Foster strategic vendor relationships and evaluate contracts
• Collaborate with IT teams for enterprise-wide capability development

Requirements:
• University degree in Information Technology
