As the Senior Bid & Proposal Manager at CS Group Canada, you will guide the full bid lifecycle, from chance qualification to final submission. Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for defense solutions
• Develop the bid plan, governance, and submission requirements
• Drive bid/no-bid decisions based on strategic fit and risk




• Lead progress reviews and color-team evaluations
• Maintain a comprehensive bid register and action log

Requirements:
• University degree in engineering or related discipline
• Experience leading complex bids in regulated environments
