About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Associate to grow our merchant solutions business. Your focus will be exclusively on selling payment terminals, point-of-sale systems, and payment processing solutions to businesses such as retailers, restaurants, and service providers. This role does not involve selling AAK Consulting’s consulting or AI governance services. This is a commission-based position. Compensation is earned through sales; there is no base salary. The commission structure and payment terms will be discussed during the interview process. Your Responsibilities




* Identify and approach potential clients through prospecting, networking, calls, and business visits.
* Understand each merchant’s payment needs and present suitable solutions.
* Explain product features, pricing, and service terms clearly and accurately.
* Manage the sales process from initial contact through application and onboarding coordination.
* Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, and follow-ups.
* Build solid client relationships and generate referrals. What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
* Confidence approaching business owners and asking for the sale.
* A self-motivated, organized approach with consistent follow-through.
* Previous sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
* Experience in merchant services, payment processing, or POS systems is an asset.
