STACK IT Recruitment Inc. is seeking a Service Desk Manager to lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians in a managed IT services setting. You will coach, develop, and motivate the team while maintaining high client satisfaction and strong incident handling.

You'll partner with operations leadership to improve processes, own the P1/major incident lifecycle, and build KPI dashboards for executive reporting. This on-site Windsor role supports a 24/7 schedule and on-call rotation.
