Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP is seeking a Billing Compliance Specialist - Operations to support end-to-end client billing compliance, onboarding, and maintenance of billing data in our firm systems.

Reporting to the Billing Compliance Manager, you will coordinate on onboarding for recent clients, ensure accurate eBilling setup, and collaborate with lawyers, billers, and staff to meet strict deadlines. A minimum of three years in billing or related roles in a professional services firm is preferred.
