Lookout Housing and Health Society operates a 24/7 emergency shelter for homeless adults in Courtenay. The Shelter Resource Worker will provide intakes, orientations, and guest support, connecting people to community resources while following safety protocols and COR certification requirements.
The role requires CI skills, solid communication, and the ability to work in a team or independently on a night shift. Must have IF A1 and a clean vulnerability check; probationary period applies.
