The role offers a 14/7 schedule with 12-hour shifts (night shift premium), camp accommodations, and flights from Calgary or Edmonton, with perks after 300 hours worked. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in construction or industrial settings, meet mandatory safety tickets, and can perform demanding tasks.
