Mars is hiring a Filler Operator (Operator 1) to join our factory team in Bolton. The role involves leading a small team, coordinating line targets, and repairing mechanical issues on production machinery. It follows a rotating 12‐hour schedule with day and night shifts.

We seek GCSE-level education and a mechanical background, plus leadership or coaching experience. The position offers a competitive CAD hourly wage, a sign-on bonus, and a perks package including vacation and growth
