Tribute Technology, via AdPerfect, seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager / Senior Implementation Specialist to help clients maximize value from AdPerfect's solutions. You will lead onboarding, drive adoption, and act as trusted advisor across account teams. You will manage post-sale relationships, monitor health metrics, provide training, and collaborate with product, sales, and support to optimize outcomes and retention.
