- Developand maintain test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, testcases/scripts, test data, and acceptance criteria in collaboration withthe project manager, product owners, business analyst, developer, andother stakeholders.

- Plan,coordinate, and execute manual testing across front-end and back-endcomponents, including functional, integration, regression, accessibility,performance, load, non-functional, and post-implementation testing.

- Testapplication integrations, interfaces, and non-functional requirements,including system response times, data integrity, security, andaccessibility requirements.

- Evaluatetest results against business requirements, user stories, and acceptancecriteria, and maintain requirements traceability to ensure appropriatetest coverage.

- Identify,document, track, validate, and manage defects in Azure DevOps, includingseverity, steps to reproduce, screenshots, supporting evidence, resolutionstatus, and retesting results.

- Supportand coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation oftest scenarios/data, facilitation of testing activities, defectmanagement, and validation of outcomes.

- Communicatetesting progress, results, defects, risks, and issues through projectmeetings, Agile ceremonies, defect reviews, status reports, and otherproject communications.

- Participatein Agile delivery activities, including requirements workshops, sprintplanning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and walkthroughs toidentify testing impacts and support quality throughout the developmentlifecycle.

- Collaboratewith cross-functional business and technical teams to clarifyrequirements, resolve defects, manage testing dependencies,



and supportsuccessful release and production validation.

- Maintaincomplete testing documentation and artefacts throughout the assignment andprovide ongoing knowledge transfer to ministry staff to support futuretesting and operations.

Knowledge Transfer Requirements:

- Knowledge transfer is expected to occur throughout theduration of the assignment through regular meetings, touchpoints, and workingsessions with LRC staff

- All testing artefacts, documentation, test scripts, testcases, test results, traceability matrices, defect logs, and related projectdeliverables must be transferred to the ministry and stored in designatedrepositories

- Dedicated knowledge transfer sessions will be scheduled toensure completeness of knowledge transfer and all documentation is shared, andallow LRC staff to ask clarification and/or follow-up questions

- Documentation must be maintained throughout the assignmentto support ongoing operations and future testing activities

Must Haves:

- 8+years of demonstrated QA/testing experience, including developingtechnical testing strategies and test plans, creating test scenarios, testcases/scripts, test data, and execution of manual testing activities.

- Demonstratedexperience performing integration, unit,

Skill Set Requirements:

Manual Testing Skills/Experience:

- 8+ years of demonstrated QA/testing experience, includingdeveloping technical testing strategies and test plans, creating testscenarios, test cases/scripts, test data, and execution of manual testingactivities.

- Demonstrated experience performing integration, unit,regression, functional, user acceptance (UAT), accessibility (AODA), andnon-functional testing.

- Working knowledge of AODA/accessibility requirements andaccessibility testing practices.

- Experience testing data-driven applications, including datavalidation, data integrity, user roles, permissions, workflows, and businessrules.

- Experience creating and maintaining requirementstraceability matrices to ensure complete test coverage and alignment withbusiness requirements.

- Experience identifying, documenting, tracking, retesting,and validating defects using Azure DevOps or similar defect management tools.

- Experience performing end-to-end testing across multipleapplications, environments, interfaces, and integrated systems.

- Demonstrated ability analyzing business requirements, userstories, and acceptance criteria to identify testing impacts, expectedoutcomes, and test coverage requirements.
