- Identify and accelerate emerging fraud patterns, device or digital indicators, recurring commonalities, control gaps, and process vulnerabilities to support broader detection, prevention, and fraud-intelligence initiatives.
- Respond to large-scale fraud events by helping identify potential points of compromise and impacted accounts and taking timely action to prevent or limit financial losses.
- Recommend enhancements to fraud strategies, policies, procedures, alerts, referral criteria, detection rules, reporting, training, scripts, and client education based on investigative findings and identified trends.
- Recognize indicators of client vulnerability, manipulation, coercion, grooming, secrecy,

- Deliver a high-quality client and partner experience by resolving fraud-related inquiries, applying sound judgment, communicating with clients and internal partners, and balancing fraud prevention with client impact.
- Manage alert and referral queues in accordance with service levels, productivity expectations, quality standards, Bank risk appetite, privacy obligations, operational risk requirements, and applicable fraud and regulatory controls.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
