Accountant

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, and support financial analysis, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and prepare financial statements.
- Reconcile accounts and intercompany transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
- Handle inventory accounting and assist with inventory counts and variance analysis.
- Analyze costs, gross margins, expenses, and profitability.
- Assist with tax filings, annual audits, and other accounting activities.
- Support other accounting and financial analysis tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Canadian accounting experience preferred.
- Willing and able to travel within Canada as required.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
