Elk Valley Resources is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to oversee work assignments and production goals in a safe environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to lead on a 4x4 shift rotation. As a Dispatch Supervisor reporting to the Senior Supervisor Mine Operations, you’ll be essential to our productive mining operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, and thrive in multitasking environments. You will work closely with Mine Operations Supervisors and the Maintenance and Processing teams to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies
• Optimize truck shovel operations for efficiency
• Develop equipment line-up sheets for training
• Utilize Fleet Control tools for efficiency
• Mentor and empower employees for target achievement

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in mining, one year with WENCO FMS
• Valid Shift Boss ticket in dispatch desired
• Strong digital literacy skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License Leverage your mining expertise and leadership skills to excel at Elk Valley Resources in British Columbia.
